l go straight to introduce myself to you I am Solomon Hinga Norman 20yrs old, a citizen of Yamoussoukro Ivory Coast in west Africa, presently i am in Ghana as a refugee in the Bujumbura camp due to the political civil war that ravage my country I am the eldest among the two of us that survive the war that killed the rest of my family including my lovely parents, so in this whole world I am having just my kid sister Anna who is just 15yrs old before the death of my parents, my late father was a prominent businessman who dealt on Gold and Precious Stones and general merchandise including agricultural items.

When my father was alive he revealed to me about his money worth of US$15.3million in a security box which he deposited on my name due to the love and trust he had for me among his other children.He told me the funds is been deposited in a security company in Malaysia for safe keeping. Presently, I am under the custody of United Nation High Commission for Refugees(UNHCR) here in Ghana notifying my father's lawyer of the claims due to the instruction by my late father that i should be up to 30years of age before the release but when ever i want to get the funds out before the age of 30years i should provide a trusted partner to stand for me to receive the funds on my behalf.

Therefore i want you to help me in the claims of this money as my next of kin and invest it, because my father told me that it is dangerous to invest this money in my country to avoid suspicious, and due to market instability coupled with economic and political instability facing my country that is why I want to invest in your country if you can be kind and sincere to me. For your foreign assistance i have agreed to offer you 25% of the total amount of the money.

Dear Solomon,

First allow me to assure you that your correspondence with me will be held in the strictest confidence and yes your decision to contact me has been met with genuine approval mostly because we don't know each other. I see you received my name from the Reverend Sister Ashley Williams. I can't say I recall that she was a Nun or that she even worked for the United Nations... the last time I saw her she was doing the electric slide in a disco lounge on board a Luxury ocean liner.

Your plight sounds just terrible and I suppose I should show more compassion, but I have to ask.... do we have to cut your sister in? I'm not saying throw her off a building or anything like that (unless of course you want to), I'm just suggesting that the burden of large sums of money changes people. You don't really want her to change do you? Another thing; You offered me 25% of 15.3 million dollars if I help you get your money out Malaysia and into my country. While that sounds all well and good, I have a counter proposal for you. How about I come to Africa and live there? The people of your country have so much money that you just leave it in banks all over the world and pay huge fees to get it out of the country, but if you and I were to be partners with that much money, we could buy some guns, hire some thugs, maybe pick up a couple of helicopters and basically build our own small army. Once we get this army together, we track down all the other people in your country trying to sneak money out and we take it! Who's going to stop us? We can turn your refugee camp into our base camp... I'd like to call it base camp "Easy Money" if you don't mind... and of course we lock up anyone who gets in our way.

If you don't want to be partners I'll expect much more for my share. I want half of the 15.3 million which equals 9 million dollars. I'm not being greedy salmon, I'm just looking out for ol Jimbob.
